The space

Designed by leading architect Frank Raadschelders, this unique property is one of a kind and provides the perfect combination of location, leisure, and lifestyle. Situated in the highly sort after area of Minyama, boasting deep ocean access, this property offers endless opportunities to sail, swim, and fish right on your doorstep!
The space
Designed to allow the indoor and outdoor spaces to flow together, this property showcases the expansive canal frontage from every angle.

The home's large glass sliding doors, lattice screening and open living spaces allow for plenty of natural light and cool breezes to come in - perfect for this coastal climate.

Spanning over two levels, this 4-bedroom home with Aircon in each room for your comfort + extra fold down bed in the office , open timber stairs leading up to the master suite, with queen size bed, walk-in robe, two-way ensuite and private balcony with stunning vistas.

Adjacent to the master, are a further two bedrooms offering a single/twin share and queen size bed.

There is also a double pull out bed in the office downstairs, that allow sleeping for another two people. Please note this room does not have provisions for clothes hanging or drawers. In the 4th bedroom there is a further Queen bed.

Downstairs boasts a modern waterfront kitchen, equipped with large fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and walk in pantry. There is no shortage of seating and dining in this home, as it offers indoor and alfresco dining, as well as two indoor seating areas and relaxing outdoor seating options.

Complementing the deep-water canal is a 10m pool and beautiful timber boardwalk with uninterrupted water views.

Manicured lawns, fruit trees and edible garden surround the property offering a nice touch for family and friends.

Of course, no waterfront property would be complete without a private 12m pontoon that can accommodate a large 15 x 7 meter wide vessel. The mooring has easy access and plenty of unobstructed space to maneuver around.

House rules

This property has a strict no party policy and does not accept bookings from school leavers/schoolies. Excessive noise after 10pm is not permitted.

Guests must leave the property in a neat and tidy condition upon departure.

This includes, but is not limited to:
- All dishes to be cleaned and put away upon departure.
- All left over food to be disposed of from the fridge and pantry.
- All rubbish placed in the allocated bins.
- All furniture must be put back in its original place.
- All keys to be left in the lock box upon departure.
- All lights and fans to be switched off.
- All widows shut and doors to be locked.

Excess cleaning charges may apply should the property not be left in an acceptable neat and tidy condition, or above rules are not followed.

Lost keys must be reported and will incur a replacement fee.

Guests release and indemnify the owner from and against all claims, demands, liability of any kind and expenses due to injury or loss of any kind.

Guest access

Guests will be able to access the entire house, pool, yard and deck areas excluding the garage. Note there is off-street parking for 2 vehicles and plenty of street parking in front of the property.

Other things to note

Little things to make your stay more enjoyable:

- All beds will be made prior to your arrival.
- Clean towels will be provided for all guests including pool towels.
- Amenity starter pack consisting of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and toilet rolls are provided.
- Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen cloths, paper towel, laundry wash, tea, coffee, sugar and UHT milk are there to get you started.
- Salt, pepper and cooking oil is provided.
- We do not provide baby/toddler safety gates.
- We can provide a porta cot (with linen) and high chair for $25 each each per stay.
