BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home offers an abundance of sleeping arrangements. There are 4 bedrooms in total - 3 on the upper level and a guest suite on the ground.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, private balcony overlooking the lush garden and pool, 39" TV with Chrome Cast and a luxurious ensuite including a free standing bath tub and large separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) offers a comfortable queen bed with a desk and shares a family bathroom and separate toilet with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has 2 king single beds with trundles and shares a balcony with the office. Please note: the trundle beds are suitable for children only. If you would like the trundle beds made up (to sleep 10 in total) this will need to be booked in prior to your arrival date. Extra costs for these 2 beds will be discussed with you.
Bedroom 4 (ground level) offers a comfortable queen bed with ensuite, 39" TV with Telstra TV and direct access to the pool.
There is also a separate powder room on the ground level.
HOME OFFICE
If you are needing somewhere to sit quietly and work or study, this home offers a dedicated work space with full length desk, internet and printer. This lovely office has an adjoining balcony with seating overlooking the street.

Full access of the home, including double lock up garage and communal facilities. We kindly ask guests NOT to park on the street, to comply with Body Corporate regulations.
This property has a strict no party policy and does not accept bookings from school leavers/schoolies. Excessive noise after 10pm is not permitted.
Guests must leave the property in a neat and tidy condition upon departure.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- All dishes to be cleaned and put away upon departure.
- All left over food to be disposed of from the fridge and pantry.
- All rubbish placed in the allocated bins.
- All furniture must be put back in its original place.
- All keys to be left in the lock box upon departure.
- All lights and AC to be switched off.
- All doors to be locked.
Excess cleaning charges may apply should the property not be left in an acceptable neat and tidy condition, or above rules are not followed.
Lost keys must be reported and will incur a $250 replacement fee.
Guests release and indemnify the owner from and against all claims, demands, liability of any kind and expenses due to injury or loss of any kind.
Full access of the home, including double lock up garage and communal facilities. We kindly ask guests NOT to park on the street, to comply with Body Corporate regulations.
Little things to make your stay more enjoyable:
- All beds will be made prior to your arrival.
- Clean towels will be provided for all guests including beach towels.
- Amenity starter pack consisting of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and toilet rolls are provided.
- Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen cloths, paper towel, laundry wash, tea, coffee, sugar and UHT milk are there to get you started.
- Salt, pepper and cooking oil is provided.
- We do not provide baby/toddler safety gates.
- We can provide a porta cot (with linen) and high chair for $25 each per stay. Please let us know if you require this service.
- We provide beach towels, however we do not provide beach umbrellas or snorkelling equipment.
- At present, we do not offer late check-out options. Our check out time is 10am. If you require a later departure, we kindly suggest booking an additional night.
- For security purposes, we are unable to receive or store unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out.
