This property has a strict no party policy and does not accept bookings from school leavers/schoolies. Excessive noise after 10pm is not permitted.
Guests must leave the property in a neat condition upon departure.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- All dishes to be cleaned and put away upon departure.
- All leftover food to be disposed of from the fridge and pantry.
- All rubbish is placed in the allocated bins.
- All furniture must be put back in its original place.
- All keys to be left in the lock box upon departure.
- All lights and AC to be switched off.
- All doors to be locked.
Excess cleaning charges may apply should the property not be left in an acceptable neat and tidy condition, or above rules are not followed.
Lost keys must be reported and will incur a replacement fee.
Guests release and indemnify the owner from and against all claims, demands, liability of any kind and expenses due to injury or loss of any kind.

- Travel essentials, towels, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
EXTRAS
- Stay comfortable all year-round with air conditioning and fans throughout the house, including the bedrooms.
- There is space for one car to be parked at the entrance to the property.
Experience the freedom of having the entire property to yourself during your stay, except for the lock-up garage.
This is a self-check-in property, and the keys will be conveniently located on-site for your arrival. You will receive detailed information before your check-in to ensure a smooth arrival process.
Please note that there are both indoor and outdoor stairs within this property.
Little things to make your stay more enjoyable:
- All beds will be made before your arrival.
- Clean towels will be provided for all guests, including beach towels.
-An amenity starter pack consisting of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and toilet rolls are provided.
- Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen cloths, paper towel, laundry wash, tea, coffee, sugar and UHT milk are there to get you started.
- Salt, pepper and cooking oil are provided.
We do not provide baby/toddler safety gates.
- We can provide a porta cot (with linen) and high chair for $25 each per stay. Please let us know if you require this service.
- We provide beach towels, however, we do not provide beach umbrellas or snorkelling equipment.
- At present, we do not offer late check-out options. Our check out time is 10am. If you require a later departure, we kindly suggest booking an additional night.
- For security purposes, we are unable to receive or store unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out.
